RIPPED ME OFF/Sent Wrong item I never ordered
I purchased a HD camera lens for a Sony DSC H3 and they sent me a lense to a SONY H7/H9 that is no way compatible or even fits with the extension, They told me it's a NO REFUND policy and pretty much I'm screwed so I paid $30 for a camera lense that don't even go to my camera, how can this happen? How does a company get away with this? I am going to loose my job over this, I have a photo shoot tomorrow and now I have no HD lense and cannot do my shoot because this company sent the wrong item after waiting weeks to get it, I will not only loose my job over there mess up but loose a client , loose money and most of all I'm going to put this review all over the web for everyone to see

No Refund / No Response
Needing to return an item purchased from this seller through Walmart online, I initiated it, as directed, and was promised a response within 1 business day. It has now been 9 business days.
I have initiated the return request several other times since then, and have received NO RESPONSE as promised. They don't answer the phone at almost any time of day.
Contacted Walmart which said I must deal directly with this seller.
I don't know whether this is a scam, consumer fraud, negligence or something else. I will NEVER purchase an item from this vendor again - either directly or indirectly - and think it heinous that these unscrupulous people would take advantage of consumers purchasing in good faith who cannot afford to lose the money they effectively refuse to refund by not responding..
RUN!!!! Go not buy from here!

Horrible customer service attempting not to give me my refund
Item ordered was to be delivered prior to Christmas it was ordered a month in advance. I verified the delivery and was told a date it would arrive all false !!
Item finally arrived 3 days after Christmas to a location I was not at. I followed all of their policies and confirmed the insured return on 1/5/2018 I called 1/18 and was told they just didn't process the refund but they would put it through. I called on 1/24 still not processed !
called again on 2/1 still not processed !! asked to speak to mgr....he will call me back DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

I e-mailed 3 times and they did respond, but never answered about my 5 missing parts and warranty that wasn't in the box. They said that they hold the warranty even though they aren't Nikon and don't produce it's products.
What they do is put you off until the 15 days expires and then they can say that you didn't do it by their 15 day period. As one ripped off customer said they don't answer the phone. I pd. via paypal and they have already said they will refund, just have to come up with an address to send the package since they don't answer.
I feel sorry for those who didn't pay via paypal. This company rips people off.
I just tried to call them several times to ask about a lens. No answer.
It's 11:30am ET on a Tuesday.
I'll try somewhere else. Thanks for the review.
Really bad people to buy off
I only sorted this out cos I went back to my bank and asked them to get my money back it was my bank that got my money back because these guys sent it when I asked for refund what they send was *** rubbish that does not work in Australia still don't buy from these guys, please !! they know how to work PayPal and Amazon money please don't buy I would hate for anyone to go through I have let put these guy out of business bloody crooks

Just an update on this post I got my photography stuff it cost me $232.97 in duties after I told them not to send it they sent it anyway when I looked at it the stuff was only meant to be sold in the USA and Canada as there was no warranty for Australia there was no changer that fitted an Australian plug socket so I can't charge the batteries the stuff I never heard of I have put a claim into PayPal to get some money back as I need yo buy warranty here and charger but THEY ARE CROOKS
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE EVEN IF IT SEEMS CHEAP THATS WHAT IT IS "CHEAP AND ***" PLEASE BUY FROM SOME YOU KNOW CARES AND WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF IT NOT RIGHT DO BUY OFF THESE GUY YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID. I AM !!

Resolved: 47th Street Photo Gopro Action Camera Review from Westover, Alabama
I know this has been a while but can you tell me how this was resolved? I'm paranoid because I have also ordered a gopro through Walmart and I received the email stating that it had shipped.
However, UPS has received the shipping label but not the actual product to ship.
I called today and received the story that it should be shipped tonight or tomorrow because they were backed up due to the holiday, black Friday and cyber Monday. I guess we shall see if my son gets one of his Christmas presents.

they are crooks out to scam people out of their money I have report them to eBay and to PayPal and to anyone else that deals with them they need to be off the net they are robbers 100% I will get my money back in the end but also want to stop them from doing this over and over again
